PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Scott Morrison scored 22 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Portland State to its fourth-straight win, 89-44 over Maryland-Eastern Shore on Wednesday.
Blake Walker added 12 points for the Vikings (8-4) and Bob Kaladokubo had 11.
Tim Parham led the Hawks (1-9) with 15 points.
Portland State scored the first 16 points of the game, holding the Hawks scoreless for nearly seven minutes.
The Vikings shot 57 on the night and put the game away early in the second half when Morrison scored eight straight points during a 20-3 run that gave them a 56-22 lead with 13 minutes left to play.
The Hawks shot 20 percent in the first half and 31 percent for the game.
