BUIES CREEK, N.C. (AP) -- E.J. Gordon and Anthony Register each scored 19 points Saturday to lift Stetson past Campbell 80-61.
Karl Hollingsworth added 10 points for the Hatters (7-10, 5-5 Atlantic Sun), who used a 22-4 run midway through the second half to blow open a close game.
Reggie Bishop scored 15 points to lead the Camels (2-14, 0-9), who shot just 7-for-20 in the second half after trailing by three at the break. Campbell has lost 11 straight games.
Leading 52-49 with about 13 minutes left, Stetson used strong defense to spark the decisive run. The Hatters held the Camels without a field goal for more than 7 minutes, and Campbell committed seven of 14 second-half turnovers during the run.
Gordon's two free throws ended the spurt, giving Stetson a 74-53 lead with 3:48 left.
The Hatters shot 50 percent from the field and went 20-for-24 at the free-throw line. They also scored 26 points off 19 turnovers.
