BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) -- Mike Bell scored 22 points and 14 rebounds to push Florida Atlantic to a 84-67 win over Lipscomb on Saturday night.
Florida Atlantic (6-13, 6-6 Atlantic Sun Conference) was behind by as many as seven points in the first half, then made an 11-point run to take the lead and never trailed again.
Lipscomb (6-13, 6-6) made 2 of 12 three-pointers in the second half and shot only 28 percent.
Quinton Young scored 19 points, Derrick Simmons added 12, and Tywain McTyer earned 10 for the Owls.
For the Bison, Brian Fisk scored 16 points and James Poindexter added 10.
