SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Jason Harris had 29 points, six assists, three steals and two blocked shots in Sacramento State's 92-88 victory over Northern Arizona on Saturday night.
DaShawn Freeman had 27 points, seven assists and five rebounds, and Jameel Pugh added 20 points for the Hornets (7-13, 3-4 Big Sky), who have won seven consecutive conference games at home dating back to last season.
Kyle Landry had 23 points and 11 rebounds for the Lumberjacks (9-11, 2-5), who are 1-8 on the road this season.
Alex Bausley's 3-pointer gave Sacramento State an early 26-19 lead. The Hornets made seven 3-pointers in the first half.
Northern Arizona finally took the lead when Ruben Boykin hit a layup with 15:06 left, but Sacramento State took the lead for good midway through the half. Freeman's 3-pointer with 1:52 left stopped Northern Arizona's final surge, and Sacramento State hit six free throws in the closing seconds.
