LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) -- David Pak scored a career-high 19 points and three other Utah State players scored in double figures to lead the Aggies to a 75-44 romp over Long Beach State on Saturday.
Pak made seven of 10 shots, including five of six from 3-point range, and broke his career best within the first six minutes of the game. Nate Harris scored 14 points and Spencer Nelson and Cass Matheus each added 11 as the Aggies improved to 9-1 when holding their opponent under 60 points.
Utah State (15-5, 6-3) shot 65 percent from the field in the first half and defeated the 49ers (3-16, 1-8) for the seventh straight time and 11 of the last 13.
Chris Jenkins led the 49ers with 10 points.
Long Beach State never got closer than 22 points in the second half. The Aggies started the game on a 9-0 run and increased their lead by halftime to 45-17.
