SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) -- Tyler Berg had 18 points and a career-high 12 rebounds to lead Wofford to a 68-64 victory over East Tennessee State on Saturday night.
Adrien Borders had 14 points and Eric Marshall added 10 for the Terriers (10-10, 3-6 Southern Conference), who led 37-36 at halftime.
The Buccaneers (6-14, 2-8) went on an 18-6 run in the first half to take its largest lead of the game at 32-26 on a Dillion Sneed layup with 4:03 before intermission. Tim Smith, who had a game-high 28 points, had six points while Travis Strong hit two 3-pointers during that run.
Sneed finished with 19 rebounds and Strong had 13 points.
Wofford came back on a 22-9 run to close the first half and start of the second half, taking a 48-41 lead when Adrien Borders scored a 3-pointer with 16:29 to play.
ETSU closed within 57-55 with 5:39 left, but could not get any closer.
