ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) -- K.J. Garland and Bryan McCullough scored 20 points apiece to lead North Carolina-Asheville to an 89-77 win against High Point Saturday in a Big South Conference matchup.
Chad Mohn had a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds and Oliver Holmes added 10 points for the Bulldogs (8-13, 5-5).
Five players scored in double-digits for the Panthers (10-12, 5-4). Zione White led High Point with 17 points, Akeem Scott and Jerry Echenique each added 11, while Mark Wilson and Arizona Reid finished with 10 points apiece.
The Bulldogs led 28-26 at the break but High Point opened the second half on a 14-2 run to take a 40-30 lead.
The Bulldogs trailed by 12 midway through the second half before rallying for the win with less than eight minutes left.
The Bulldogs took the lead for good on a 12-0 run then went 8-of-10 from the line and got two offensive rebounds to secure the victory.
