BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) -- Ja'Ron Jefferson had 22 points and 10 rebounds and Marvin Moss had 20 points and nine rebounds in Montana State's 78-65 win over Weber State on Saturday.
Jefferson scored six points in a 12-2 MSU run to start the second half and give the Bobcats (12-10, 7-2) a 45-35 lead on a short hook by Al Beye with 15:21 left.
The Bobcats led 63-45 following a pair of free throws by Casey Durham with 5:15 left.
Weber State (8-14, 3-6) struggled from the field in the second half, hitting only four field goals in the first 15 minutes, and trailed 63-48 after Juan Pablo Silveira's 3-pointer with 4:22 remaining.
Lance Allred, who led the Wildcats with 22 points, and Coric Riggs, who finished with 17, carried the Wildcats from the start.
Allred scored 18 points in the first half and Riggs had eight. It wasn't until Troy Goodell tipped in an Allred miss at the 1:49 mark that another Weber State player hit a field goal.
Beye and Nick Dissly each scored 10 for the Bobcats, who led 33-32 after the first half, which featured 14 lead changes.
