AMHERST, N.Y. (AP) -- Turner Battle scored 14 points to lead Buffalo to a 67-58 win over Ball State on Saturday.

Buffalo (15-7) trailed 48-43 with 10:47 left in the second half, but rallied with a 9-0 run that gave the Bulls their first lead since late in the first half. Calvin Cage ignited the run with a 3-pointer at 10:37 and the Bulls tied the game 35 seconds later when Mark Bortz dunked an alley-oop from Battle.
