PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Monty Scott scored 17 points to lead Dayton to a 56-45 victory over La Salle on Saturday.
Mark Jones had 13 points for Dayton (14-8, 7-4 Atlantic 10), which led 26-22 at the half on the way to the Flyers' 11th consecutive victory over La Salle.
Steven Smith scored 21 points to lead La Salle (7-15, 3-8) while Darnell Harris contributed 13.
The Flyers outscored the Explorers 30-9 from 3-point range and held a 31-19 rebounding advantage. La Salle guard Jermaine Thomas left seven minutes into the game with a torn tendon in his left ring finger.
