ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) -- Alan Daniels scored 32 points as Lamar beat Texas-Arlington 85-66 Saturday.
Lamar (14-7, 6-4 Southland) outscored Texas-Arlington (10-10, 5-5) 50-32 in the second half.
Stephen Floyd scored 18 points for Texas-Arlington and Jarrett Howell added 12.
Daniels was 13-of-23 from the floor and 6-of-13 from 3-point range.
Raymond Anthony had 16 points and nine assists for the Cardinals, and Nashid Beard chipped in with 14 points.
Lamar shot only 37 percent in the first half, but hit seven 3-pointers to take a 35-34 halftime lead.
Texas-Arlington hit 38 percent of its shots in the second half and ended the game with 23 turnovers.
