ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) -- Jamar Wilson scored 20 points to lead Albany to its fifth straight home win 67-54 over Maine on Saturday night in the America East Conference.
Albany (12-11, AE 8-6) broke a 39-39 tie early in the second half. Brent Wilson hit a 3-pointer and Jamar Wilson made a pair of free throws. Chris Wyatt made a layup off an inbound play to cap the run.
The game had eight lead changes in the first 33 minutes.
Maine (11-12, AE 6-8) went up 28-20 with 5:31 left in the opening period led by center Mark Flavin, who had 10 points in the half and finished with 14. Joe Campbell had 10 points and eight rebounds for the Black Bears.
Lucious Jordan had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Albany. Levi Levine added 12 points and eight rebounds.
