OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Lance Allred overcame some early foul trouble and scored 26 points and pulled down 13 rebounds to lead Weber State to a 94-73 win over Northern Arizona on Saturday.
The victory was the second straight for the Wildcats (10-14, 5-7 Big Sky) and puts them in a good position to qualify for the Big Sky tournament. Northern Arizona (10-14, 4-8) has lost two in a row.
The Wildcats connected on 14 of 19 shots from behind the 3-point line, tying a Dee Events Center record. Weber State finished the game shooting 60 percent from the field. A total of five Wildcats scored in double figures.
Terrell Stovall finished with 20 points, Coric Riggs had 17, Troy Goodell scored 14 and Brett Cox added 12 points for Weber State.
Steven Sir scored 24 points to lead the Lumberjacks.
Stovall had 16 points in the first half to lead the Wildcats to a 42-38 lead at halftime.
