RUSTON, La. (AP) -- Daevon Haskins and Corey Dean had 14 points each to lead five double-figure scorers for Louisiana Tech in a 72-55 win over San Jose State on Saturday night.
Adding on double digits for the Bulldogs (13-9, 8-5 Western Athletic Conference) were Paul Millsap and Donell Allick with 13 each and Wayne Powell with 10. Millsap also pulled in 13 rebounds.
Tech won its seventh game over the past eight outings.
San Jose State (6-15, 3-9) was led by the 16 points of Marquin Chandler, 13 of Eric Bloom and 10 of Michael McFadden.
At the break, Louisiana Tech led 36-26 on 50 percent shooting from the floor. For the game, Tech hit 52 percent of its shots from the field. The Bulldogs also had 19 assists to San Jose's seven.
San Jose hit 40 percent of its shots from the floor for the game.
