FARMVILLE, Va. (AP) -- Thomas Bailey scored 20 as Texas A&M-Corpus Christi handed Longwood its 14th consecutive loss 62-43 on Saturday.
Corey Lamkin added 12 for the Islanders (17-6), which only committed six personal fouls and were perfect from the free-throw line, going 9-for-9.
Maurice Sumter scored 14 points, eight of those in the second half, and Chad Kosmo scored 11 and had 10 rebounds for the Lancers (1-25), which shot only 28.1 percent for the game.
The Islanders went on a 14-0 run in the second half, then Longwood fought back scoring the next 10 to put it at 57-40 with 5:08 left to play. Sumter's 3-pointer with 1:01 left was Longwood's last score of the game.
