ROCHESTER, Mich. (AP) -- Ken Tutt scored 24 points and Caleb Green added 19 points and 11 rebounds to lead Oral Roberts to a 72-61 Mid-Continent Conference victory over Oakland on Wednesday night.
Larry Owens added 12 for the Golden Eagles (20-5, 11-2), who have won five straight and nine of 10.
Rawle Marshall scored 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for Oakland (7-16, 5-7) and Cortney Scott scored 14 points, but they were the only Golden Grizzlies starters to score in the second half.
Oral Roberts led 35-31 at the half and held off several Oakland charges in the second. The Golden Grizzlies were still within 51-47 with seven minutes to play, but the Golden Eagles scored the next seven points.
Two Golden Eagles reached milestones during the game. Tutt surpassed 1,000 career points, while Luke Spencer-Gardner broke Arnold Dugger's school assist record when he picked up the 502nd of his career in the second half.
