NEWARK, Del. (AP) -- Loren Stokes scored 19 points and Gibran Washington added 17 and a career-high six steals as Hofstra beat Delaware 75-57 on Saturday.
It was the fourth straight win for Hofstra (18-7, 10-6 Colonial Athletic Association). Adrian Uter had 12 points on 4-of-4 shooting and a game-high eight rebounds and three blocks for the Pride.
Antoine Agudio was the fourth Hofstra player in double figures with 11 points.
Delaware (10-17, 7-9) was led by Andrew Washington, who had 16 points and five steals; Harding Nana added 10 points and six rebounds for the Blue Hens.
It was Delaware's second straight loss.
With 10:17 to play, the Blue Hens were down just five, at 53-48. But Hofstra went on a 12-2 run and never trailed by less than 12 points during the closing minutes of the game.
