ROCHESTER, Mich. (AP) -- Rawle Marshall scored 26 points and Cortney Scott added 25 as Oakland ended a three-game losing streak with a 94-89 overtime win over IUPUI on Saturday night.
The Jaguars (15-11, 9-6 Mid-Con) had won five straight, and hit a season-best 15 3-pointers, but couldn't hold off Oakland (8-18, 6-9) in the extra session.
Freshman Brandon Cassise added 19 for the Golden Grizzlies, including a career-high five 3-pointers.
Akeem Clark led IUPUI with 17 points, while Brandon Cole added 16 and Maushae Byles had 15.
Both teams had a chance to win the game in the last minute of regulation, but Scott and Johnny Miller both missed free throws and Clark's buzzer-beating jumper bounced off the rim.
IUPUI's George Hill started overtime with a jumper, but Oakland scored the next seven points, including five from Marshall. After a Jaguars basket, Cassise hit a 3-pointer that put the Golden Grizzlies up 86-80 with 1:47 to go.
Oakland finishes the regular season Monday at Centenary, while the Jaguars host Oral Roberts. The Mid-Continent tournament starts March 5 in Tulsa.
