PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) -- Lenny Collins scored 25 points and Eric Taylor posted a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds as Cornell ended its season with a 77-61 win over Brown Saturday night.
Jason Forte led Brown (4-9, 11-16 Ivy) with 20 points and broke the school career record for most steals in a career. Forte had five steals Saturday for a total of 191, four more than the school record set by Mike Waitkus from 1982-86.
Cornell (13-14, 8-6) broke the game open with a 21-7 run in the second half. Will Scott came off the bench to key the run by sinking a pair of 3-pointers as Cornell took a 61-45 lead with 5:58 remaining.
Cornell shot 58.3 percent from the field (21-for-36) in the second half and 51.7 percent for the game.
Brown closed out the first half with a 7-0 run and took a 31-28 lead into halftime.
