TROY, Ala. (AP) -Brandon Hazzard scored 19 points and O'Darien Bassett added 18 to lead Troy to a 79-68 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Saturday.
Justin Jonus added 16 points for the Trojans (5-4), whose four-game winning streak started with a win over the Islanders (1-6) on Dec. 1.
Hazzard made 4-of-6 3-point attempts while Jonus was 3-for-8. Bassett got many of his points from the free throw line, where he made all eight tries.
The Trojans led 42-33 at halftime and made 22 of 30 free throw attempts to keep the lead safe.
Justin Reynolds and Chris Daniels led the Islanders with 14 points apiece. Gordon Watt added 11 points and 12 rebounds and Tim Green scored 10.
