MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) -Jordan Hasquet had 23 points and a team-high seven rebounds in Montana's 82-65 win over Mississippi Valley State.
Ryan Staudacher went 5-of-6 from the field, including four 3-pointers, to add 14 points, while Jack McGillis finished with 12 points for the Grizzlies (2-1).
Montana took an early 26-8 lead on Derek Selvig's layup with 10:37 left until halftime. The Grizzlies went into the break ahead 47-30 and maintained at least a 16-point advantage through the final 20 minutes of the game. Their largest lead, 55-32, came on a Staudacher 3-pointer with 18 minutes remaining.
Eric Petty had a double-double for the Delta Devils (0-5) - scoring 18 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. Shannon Behling also chipped in 18 points, while Dwayne Harmason scored 17.
Montana hit 54 percent of its field goals compared to 38 percent by MVSU.
