LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) -Tyren Johnson scored 21 to lead Louisiana-Lafayette to a 79-75 overtime win against Oral Roberts on Tuesday night.
The Ragin' Cajuns, who led by six points at one point in overtime, outscored the Golden Eagles 13-9 in the extra frame.
Johnson also added six rebounds and three blocks, and Travis Bureau scored 18 for the Ragin' Cajuns (1-3). Colby Batiste also added three blocks.
Dominique Morrison led the Golden Eagles (1-3), and Kyron Stokes chipped in 18. Both Stokes and Robert Jarvis, who scored 16, were 3-for-8 from behind the arc.
Louisiana-Lafayette outrebounded Oral Roberts 37-29 in the game.
