CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -Stephen McDowell scored 24 points to lead Chattanooga to a 108-67 win over Tennessee Temple 108-67 on Saturday night.
The Mocs (1-5) shot 54.1 percent (33 of 61), while holding Tennessee Temple to 22-of-67 shooting. The Crusaders (1-8) shot 22.2 percent from the field (8 of 36) in the second half.
Nicchaeus Doaks with 14 points and 12 rebounds and Ricky Talyor with 13 points for Chattanooga. Ty Patterson finished with 10 points.
Larry Franklin scored 13 and Curtis Porter added 12 points for the Crusaders.
