HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) -Corey Allmond scored 22 points and Ashton Mitchell had 14 points and a career-high 15 assists as Sam Houston State beat Wright State 84-65 on Saturday night.
Barkley Falkner and DeLuis Ramirez scored 10 apiece for the Bearkats (2-3).
Vaughn Duggins scored 16 points to lead Wright State (1-4), and Scott Grote added 11.
The Bearkats' shot 60 percent from the field to the Raiders' 38 percent, including 4-of-21 from behind the 3-point line.
Sam Houston opened up a 36-23 lead by the halftime break.
