FAIRFIELD, Conn. (AP) -Ryon Howard had a career-high 25 points and eight rebounds as Sacred Heart defeated visiting Fairleigh Dickinson 96-86 on Saturday.
Shane Gibson added 20 for the Pioneers (3-3, 2-0), who picked up their third straight win.
Howard and Gibson led five Sacred Heart players in double-digit scoring. Joey Henley had 15, while Corey Hassan added 14 and Chancey Hardy had 12.
Sean Baptiste led all scorers with 31 for Fairleigh Dickinson (0-6, 0-1). Eric Moore and Cameron Tyler contributed 15 and 14, respectively, for the Knights.
