ATLANTA (AP) -Mario Sisinni scored 17 points to lead three other Coastal Carolina players in double figures in a 69-52 win over Georgia State on Saturday.
Anthony Breeze scored 16 points, Steven Sexton added 11 and Logan Johnson chipped in with 10 for the Chanticleers (4-7).
Trae Goldston scored 16 points to lead the Panthers (3-8) and Joe Dukes added 10.
The Chanticleers opened the game on an 18-6 run and led 30-17 at halftime, but the Panthers fought back after the break. Georgia State cut Coastal Carolina's lead to 46-42 when Dukes hit a 3-pointer with 10:29 left in the game, but the Chanticleers went on a 23-10 run from that point to seal the victory.
Coastal Carolina shot 49 percent from the field (24 of 49) in the game compared to a 33.3 percent mark (17 of 51) for Georgia State.
