HARRISONBURG, Va. (AP) -Juwann James scored 14 points to lead four James Madison players in double figures in a 70-64 win against Seton Hall on Monday night.
Devon Moore and Kyle Swanston scored 12 apiece, and Julius Wells added 11 for the Dukes (7-4).
Robert Mitchell scored 23 points to lead the Pirates (8-3), who also had four players in double-digits. Eugene Harvey scored 14 points while Paul Gause and Jeremy Hazell chipped in with 12 each.
The Dukes, who led 40-22 at halftime, held off a second-half charge by the Pirates to seal the victory. Seton Hall went on a 34-15 run from the break to take a one-point lead with 7:27 to play, but James Madison hit six free throws in the final minute to escape with the win.
