BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) -Darryl Clements scored 18 points to lead Bowling Green to a 77-58 victory over Towson on Monday night.
Chris Knight came off the bench to add 13 points and Brian Moten had 12 for the Falcons (5-5).
The Tigers (5-6) were led by Junior Hairston's 15 points and 10 rebounds, and David Brewster came off the bench to add 13 points, including three 3-pointers.
Towson was ahead by 5 about a minute into the first half, but Bowling Green took over and led 36-27 at the half. The Falcons pulled ahead by as many as 21 points after the break.
Bowling Green had 38 points in the paint versus Towson's 18, and scored 11 off turnovers to the Tigers' 5.
Towson shot 21-of-62 for 33.9 percent from the field, compared with the Falcons' 30-of-54 for 55.6 percent.
