BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) -Michael DeLoach had 19 points as Norfolk State defeated Lethbridge 76-54 on Monday at Montana State's Bobcat 6th Man Club/GranTree Classic consolation game.
Tied with Norfolk at the half, Lethbridge (4-7) couldn't recover once the Spartans (2-10) went on a 22-4 run at the start of the second half.
The Spartans led 54-35 with 12:31 remaining.
Four players finished with double-figure scoring for Norfolk. Brandon Monroe had 13 points and 13 rebounds for the Spartans on the low post.
Rob Cooper had 18 points for Lethbridge, a team from Alberta, Canada, which shot 34.5 percent from the field, including 8-of-27 from behind the 3-point line.
Norfolk out-rebounded Lethbridge 52-33, with 19 offensive rebounds.
