ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) -Alex Franklin had 13 points and nine rebounds and Kenny Hasbrouck scored 13 to lead Siena over St. Peter's 65-52 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference on Sunday.
The Saints (10-4, 4-0 MAAC) led 33-19 at halftime after limiting Saint Peter's to 7-for-23 shooting from the field and forcing 10 turnovers.
Siena reserves Kyle Downey added 11 points and Clarence Jackson scored 10. Steven Priestly had four points and eight rebounds starting at center, filling in for Ryan Rossiter and Josh Duell, both out with the flu.
Akeem Gooding scored 14 points for Saint Peters (4-10, 1-3). Ryan Bacon added 13 points and eight rebounds.
It was the eighth win in nine games for Siena, which faces defending national champion Kansas on Tuesday.
