DENTON, Texas (AP) -Eric Tramiel had 19 points and 13 rebounds to lead North Texas to a 69-60 win over Florida Atlantic on Saturday night.
Tramiel was 6-of-13 from the field and 7-of-10 on free throws. Dennis Collin added 15 points and Dominique Johnson scored 10 for the Mean Green (11-7, 4-3 Sun Belt).
Carderro Nwoji and Shavar Richardson scored 15 apiece to lead Florida Atlantic (4-15, 0-7). Brett Royster had 14 points and 11 rebounds.
The Owls outrebounded North Texas 44-31 but had 15 turnovers to just eight for North Texas, which led 33-24 at halftime.
