JACKSONVILLE, Ala. (AP) -Lester Hudson scored 25 points and Marquis Weddle added 20 to lead Tennessee-Martin in a 92-73 win over Jacksonville State on Saturday.
Delrico Lane also had 16 points for the Skyhawks (12-6, 5-3 Ohio Valley Conference), who jumped out early and held a 50-31 lead at halftime. Weddle went 6-for-10 from beyond the arc, as the Skyhawks shot 14 of 27 from long range (51.9) en route to victory.
Hudson also tallied eight rebounds, five steals and a block.
Jonathan Toles led the Gamecocks (8-8, 2-5) with 21 points, while Nick Murphy and Jeremy Bynum added 15 apiece.
The Gamecocks hit just 6 of 17 from 3-point range.
The Skyhawks shot 51.7 percent from the field (30 of 58) in the game compared to a 38.1 percent mark (24 of 63) for the Gamecocks.
