PHILADELPHIA (AP) -Samme Givens scored 19 points and led four Drexel players in double figures in a 79-69 win over Delaware on Tuesday.
Jamie Harris added 14 points, while Leon Spencer had 11 and Scott Rodgers had 10. The Dragons (9-8) won their fourth in a row.
Alphonso Dawson led Delaware (8-12) with 20 points, along with seven rebounds
Drexel took an eight-point lead at the end of the first half after shooting 46 percent from the field.
Delaware cut the margin to one by late in the second half, trailing 52-51 with 6:58 to go. But the Dragons outscored the Blue Hens 27-18 in the closing minutes.
Marc Egerson added 14 points and nine rebounds for Delaware.
