MOREHEAD, Ky. (AP) -Maze Stallworth scored 22 points and Morehead State defeated Austin Peay 81-63 on Saturday night.
Stallworth was one of five Eagles (13-10, 9-2 Ohio Valley Conference) to score in double figures, as they won their fourth in a row and seven of last eight.
Kenneth Faried scored 16 points, Robert Murry added 13 and Demonte Harper and Leon Buchanan notched 12 each for the Eagles. Faried also had 10 rebounds for his 13th double-double of the season.
Austin Peay (12-9, 8-3) was led by Drake Reed, who scored 20 points and grabbed six rebounds.
After leading 42-29 at halftime, Morehead State ended the game on a 18-7 run to finish with a 24-point lead.
Morehead State shot 55.8 percent from the field (24-for-43) while the Governors hit 34.4 percent (21 of 61).
