WICHITA, Kan. (AP) -Toure Murry scored 17 points to lead Wichita State to a 63-47 victory over Drake Saturday at Koch Arena.
The Shockers (10-12, 4-7 Missouri Valley) did not trail in the final 27 minutes while winning their fourth straight home game. Clevin Hannah and J.T. Durley had 10 points each for Wichita State.
Josh Parker led Drake (14-9, 5-6) with 18 points.
Neither team led by more than four points during the first 15 minutes of the game before Wichita State went on a 13-3 run to finish off the first half and take a 32-21 lead into the locker room.
Wichita State took control in the second half and led 46-28 with about 10 minutes left in the game.
