INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -Robert Glenn scored 21 points and IUPUI shot 51 percent from the field as the Jaguars beat South Dakota State 71-63 Thursday night in the Summit League.
Jon Avery scored 12 and Billy Pettiford had 10 points and eight rebounds for IUPUI (13-10, 6-6).
Kai Williams and Anthony Cordova scored 15 points each for the Jackrabbits (10-14, 5-7). Williams also grabbed nine rebounds for South Dakota State.
The Jackrabbits shot 41 percent from the field and 13-of-15 from the free throw line.
The game, which was tied 27-all at the break, included three ties and five lead changes.
South Dakota State outrebounded IUPUI 32-31, but IUPUI outscored the Jackrabbits in the paint 44-12 and scored 18 points off turnovers.
