VALPARAISO, Ind. (AP) -J'Nathan Bullock scored 25 points, including six during a decisive late run, as Cleveland State beat Valparaiso 71-64 Thursday night in the Horizon League.
George Tandy had 15, Norris Cole 11 and D'Aundray Brown 10 for the Vikings (21-9, 12-5), who shot 61 percent from the field and 80 percent from the free-throw line.
De"Andre Haskins and Michael Rogers each had 18 points for the Crusaders (8-21, 4-13). Urule Igbavboa had 17 points and eight rebounds for Valpo, which managed just 51 percent shooting from the field and 50 percent from the free-throw line.
Cleveland State led 31-28 at the break and stretched its lead to 17 on a 10-2 run keyed by three Bulluck layups.
Each team had 24 rebounds.
