EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) -Colt Ryan and Bryan Bouchie scored 17 points each as Evansville posted a 92-66 victory against Oakland City on Saturday night.
Five players scored in double figures for the Aces (1-0). Ryan added six rebounds, five assists and two steals, and Troy Taylor led Evansville with 10 rebounds.
Jared Maners had 18 points and Brandon Hopf 16 for Oakland City (0-1), a Division II independent.
Evansville collected 47 rebounds to the Oaks' 27 and had 13 second-chance points.
The game was close before a 19-8 run by Evansville enabled it to take a 48-30 halftime lead.
