INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -Leroy Nobles scored 23 points and IUPUI shot 67 percent from the floor in posting a 98-67 victory over Indiana-East in the Jaguars' home opener Wednesday night.
Five IUPUI players scored in double figures. Sean Esposito scored 18 off the bench, Alex Young scored 16 and Robert Glenn and Jon Avery added 11 each for the Jaguars (5-1). The largest lead of the game was the 31-point margin at the end.
IUPUI made 11 of its 17 3-point attempts, led by Esposito's 6-for-8 night. Overall, the Jaguars made 37 of 55 shots.
Tyler Rigby scored 23 points for Indiana-East (4-5), an NAIA school.
