MORAGA, Calif. (AP) -Eddie Williams had 17 points and eight rebounds, Jereal Scott added 14 points and Stephen F. Austin beat Howard 73-50 in the Shamrock Office Solutions Classic on Tuesday night.
Will Reinke added 11 points for the Lumberjacks (8-3), who committed just five turnovers while winning for the seventh time in eight games. The lone blemish in the streak was a 72-69 loss at Arkansas on Dec. 19.
Calvin Thompson scored 16 points and was the only Howard player in double figures. The Bison (1-11) shot just 35.6 percent and grabbed only seven offensive rebounds.
