SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -Six San Francisco players scored in double figures as the Dons broke a 38-year-old school record for single-game scoring with a 129-65 victory over Holy Names on Saturday.

Moustapha Diarra and Dior Lowhorn scored 21 points each. Diarra was one of five Dons to set career highs.

The previous single-game mark for USF (5-10) was 125 points, scored against San Francisco State on Nov. 26, 1971. The Dons, who begin West Coast Conference play Friday against St. Mary's, also set a record for margin of victory, topping a total of 49.

Holy Names, an NAIA school, was led by David Scott's 18 points. The Hawks held the lead in the opening minute when Scott scored the game's first points on a layup, and trailed by two points when Brandon Hunter drilled a 3-pointer with 10:21 remaining in the first half.

From there, San Francisco took control by reeling off 22 consecutive points.
