CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Terry Martin came off the bench to score 17 points and Wofford rolled into the Southern Conference Tournament championship game for the first time in school history with a 77-58 semifinal victory over Western Carolina on Sunday.

Jamar Diggs scored 12 points and Noah Dahlman and Tim Johnson 10 each as the Terriers (25-8) won their 12th straight and 18th in their last 19 games.
Wofford also avenged a 72-67 regular-season loss to the Catamounts with the win.
Wofford broke the game open after leading 33-27 at halftime. The Terriers turned to their defense throughout, holding Western Carolina to 35 percent shooting from the field and 27.8 percent from 3-point range. Wofford similarly shut down UNC-Greensboro in the quarterfinals, limiting UNCG to 32.7 percent shooting.
Harouna Mutombo led Western Carolina (22-11) with 18 points. Richie Gordon scored 13 and Brandon Giles added 11.
