BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) - Cody Zeller scored 16 points to lead Indiana to its eighth straight victory, an 84-50 rout of Stetson Sunday night.
Victor Oladipo had 13 points, Jordan Hulls scored 12 and Verdell Jones III had 11 points for the Hoosiers. Zeller also led Indiana with seven rebounds.
Chris Perez led Stetson with 13 points. The Hoosiers led 33-29 at halftime, then held the Hatters (4-4) to just 21 second-half points.
The Hoosiers committed just nine turnovers, and are off to the best start in Tom Crean's four seasons at Indiana.
Indiana continued its successful shooting this season, shooting 52 percent from the field. The Hoosiers held Stetson to 32 percent.
Indiana plays No. 1 Kentucky in Bloomington on Saturday.
