PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Andrew McCarthy had 19 points, 11 rebounds and a school-record seven blocks as Brown rallied from an eight-point deficit to defeat Dartmouth 66-59 on Friday night.
Sean McGonagill added 11 points and 10 assists for Brown (7-13, 1-2 Ivy League), which won its second straight after a six-game losing streak and posted its sixth consecutive win in the series.
The Big Green (4-15, 0-3) used a 15-5 run to lead 48-40 with 12:44 remaining.
Despite a field-goal drought lasting 9:23, Dartmouth still held a 54-53 advantage when McGonagill's 3-pointer gave Brown the lead for good with 3:07 left.
Stephen Albrecht added a trey for the Bears, who went 7 of 8 from the line to seal it, with McGonagill hitting 6 of 6.
Jean Harris added 15 points for Brown.
Jvonte Brooks scored 16 points to lead the Big Green, who have lost eight of their last nine games.
