ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Darius Conley scored 15 points and Saint Peter's rallied from a 16-point deficit to defeat Siena 63-58 on Friday night, sweeping the season series.
The Peacocks (5-18, 4-8 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) trailed 25-9 after 13 1/2 minutes. Down 27-13 at the 5:32 mark, they closed the first half on a 6-1 run.
After Owen Wignot made two layups to stretch Siena's lead to 13, Saint Peter's got to 36-33, but could not pull ahead until a 10-2 run made it 49-48 with 6:44 left.
The Peacocks then built an eight-point lead, but Siena got within a point on Evan Hymes' 3-pointer with 23 seconds left. Brandon Hall made two free throws and a layup to seal the win.
Hall, Lamin Fulton and Yvon Raymond added 11 points apiece for Saint Peter's, which also beat the Saints 51-44 on Dec. 1.
Kyle Downey scored 15 points to lead Siena (10-12, 5-7).
