PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Chris Fouch scored 25 points and Frantz Massenat added 20 as Drexel beat Hofstra 78-67 on Saturday en route to its 14th straight win.
Fouch was 8 of 10 from the field, including 6 of 7 from 3-point range, while Massenat was 8 of 9 and dished a team high five assists.
Hofstra cut Drexel's 32-23 halftime lead to 36-34 but wouldn't get any closer as Fouch sank three free throws and then hit a 3-pointer on Drexel's next possession to give the Dragons (21-5, 13-2 Colonial Athletic Association) a 42-34 lead.
Drexel pushed their lead to 61-42 behind a Massenat layup with 9:37 left to play.
The Dragons shot 59.5 percent (28 of 47) from the field and 58.8 percent (10 of 17) from deep.
Nathaniel Lester led Hofstra (8-19, 2-13) with 27 but the Pride shot just 32.8 percent (21 of 64) from the field.
