CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) Bolden Brace hit a baseline buzzer-beating jump shot to give Northeastern a 73-72 upset win over College of Charleston on Thursday night.

T.J. Williams missed a jump shot with three seconds left. Brace came away with the offensive rebound and fired off a shot just before the clock ran out.

Alex Murphy had 19 points and eight rebounds for Northeastern (14-11, 7-6 CAA). Devon Begley had all 16 of his points in the second half, hitting 4 of 6 from distance. Anthony Green added 15 with 10 boards and Williams had 14 points for the Huskies.

Joe Chealey had 28 points and Grant Riller added 19 for Charleston (19-7, 10-3), which had been tied for first place in the conference.

Northeastern had a 17-5 run to go ahead 63-56 with 4:59 left. The Cougars clawed back to take a 72-71 lead following Nick Harris jumper with 22 seconds left.
