By Adena Andrews | CBS Sports

Louisville coach Rick Pitino is also a horse owner.

Which means Gorgui Dieng, Russ Smith and Peyton Siva all have equine counterparts.

And the players actually don't mind.

“The name is straight -- I like it because it's after me,” Smith, whose namesake horse is Russdiculous, said. “It has meaning behind it, the way I played my sophomore season given to me by coach.”

Pitino picked the names not because of physical resemblance to the horse but ability. To see more of the interview, tune into Inside College Basketball Wednesday at 8 ET on CBS Sports Network.
