In response to a USA Today report, Syracuse University released thisstatement Thursday evening: "Under the existing APR rules, the SyracuseUniversity men's basketball program is eligible for postseasoncompetition. The department continually monitors the APR and projectsthat men's basketball will meet the guidelines for postseasoncompetition for 2012-13."
