3 Hoyas offseason directives: Find a big man

No. 1 -- Figure out the post. The departure of C Henry Sims leaves a gaping hole in the middle for the Hoyas. Freshman C Tyler Adams was sidelined for most of the season due to a heart ailment, and his future status is uncertain. The Hoyas are on the short list for No. 1 recruit Nerlens Noel, and snagging the 6-10 C would help shore up the position. No. 2 -- Pick a PG. The PG position was in flux for a large portion of the season. While G Markel Starks was the starter, G Jason Clark often brought the ball up the floor. The smaller, quicker Starks will battle the bigger, more physical G Jabril Trawick for the position, which could have more prominence than normal for the Hoyas if they don't have a good post passer. No. 3 -- Find a leader. The Hoyas' freshman standouts were exceptionally grounded and well prepared this season, but losing the steadying voices of Clark and Sims will leave a leadership hole. With more freshman coming in, it will be key for one of the young players, like F Otto Porter, to step up and make sure everyone continues to mature and develop.
